Care at Your Child's Pace
THE SHORT VERSION
We care for children across a broad span of special healthcare needs — children on the autism spectrum, those with Down syndrome or cerebral palsy, kids with ADHD or sensory-processing differences, and children with physical disabilities among them. The office is wheelchair accessible, and we mold the appointment to your child with extra time, a predictable routine, an unhurried pace, and family right beside them. When more support helps, nitrous oxide is available, and hospital dentistry under general anesthesia can be arranged with a specialist.
The Children We Welcome
Every kid deserves a dental home that truly gets them — and that absolutely includes children whose needs make a routine appointment tougher to navigate. We routinely treat kids with ADHD, sensory-processing differences, and developmental delays; children on the autism spectrum or living with Down syndrome or cerebral palsy; and youngsters who carry complex medical histories or rely on wheelchairs and other mobility supports. If a past dental office left your child overwhelmed, this is exactly the kind of care we set out to provide.
Building the Visit Around Your Child
The real work begins before anyone reaches the chair, with a chat about your child — what soothes them, what trips their alarms, how they communicate, and what has helped or fallen flat elsewhere. From there we design the appointment around them. That can look like a short first visit purely to get acquainted, a calmer slot in the day, turned-down sensory input, a steady and predictable sequence, or simply slowing everything down and letting your child lead. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to stay right at their side — nobody knows your child the way you do.
Our space accommodates wheelchairs, and the bilingual team shifts easily between English and Spanish, so nothing important slips through the cracks.
Comfort and Sedation, When They Help
For kids who need a hand winding down, laughing gas is a mild option that leaves them awake but relaxed and fades fast once we’re done. When a child genuinely can’t manage treatment in the chair, or has a lot of care to complete, hospital dentistry under general anesthesia with a specialist lets the whole plan happen safely in one visit. We’ll help you weigh the option that actually suits your child instead of defaulting to a single approach for everyone. You can read more on our sedation options page.

Questions Fayetteville Parents Ask
What special needs do you accommodate?
A broad span — among them ADHD, sensory-processing differences, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, plus Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, complex medical needs, and physical disabilities. If your child has struggled at a dental office before, we're built for that.
How do you make visits easier for my child?
We plan around your child: extra time, a quieter slot, reduced sensory input, a predictable routine, and a pace they set. We start with a conversation about what calms them and what doesn't.
Is your office wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The office is wheelchair accessible, and our bilingual team communicates in English or Spanish so nothing gets lost in translation.
Can parents stay with their child?
Absolutely. We welcome parents and caregivers to stay right beside their child for the whole visit — nobody understands your child the way you do.
What if my child can't tolerate treatment awake?
We offer nitrous oxide for gentle help relaxing, and for children who need it, care under full anesthesia in a hospital, arranged with a specialist, completes everything safely in a single visit.
Do you work with military families who move often?
Yes. We keep thorough records, respect the routines that work for your child, and help coordinate care if a PCS move takes your family elsewhere.
